Floranne R. Reagan
Floranne R. Reagan joined EXXEL, Inc. as Vice President
and Principal in 1995 and now is President. She serves as
the firm’s Practice Leader for executive development
and targeted change management issues. She specializes in
executive assessments, advising business leaders, and working
with companies at critical stages of change and evolution.
Floranne has consulted in a wide variety of industry sectors,
with primary emphasis on professional services and financial
services firms. Her experience has been in emerging companies
through ones on the Fortune 200. Most of her professional
life has involved creating opportunities for change and development
in expanding companies, and with senior level individuals.
She is skilled at translating and aligning corporate strategies
into the people-related structures, systems and processes
that result in effective, flexible, and creative organizations
that are focused on clients and customers, and meet their
business goals.
Floranne has been a Vice President and General Manager, Director
of Human Resources, Internal Development Consultant, and Management
Consultant with an international firm. Her educational background
combines the hard and soft elements that are essential in
business today: an MBA from Babson College, a Master’s
in Social Sciences from Boston University, and a B.A. in Sociology
and Behavioral Sciences from Emmanuel College.
