Peter L. Reagan

Peter L. Reagan, Founder and first President of EXXEL, Inc. died on February 16, 2002 in a scuba diving accident with friends in Florida.

In addition to being an outstanding consultant to the nuclear utility industry, Peter was an avid recreational diver and accomplished underwater photographer. He began diving in the late 60s and was certified in 1988. He became a master diver in 1994, and held many specialty ratings. His talent in underwater photography had been recognized with frequent requests for presentations and numerous awards.

Peter will be missed by the many family members, colleagues, and friends who loved and respected him.
